Looks like fun. I remember skating at UConn and on the frozen river behind our house. Don't know if I could still do it, though.
I went in overconfident and thought it would be like riding a bike—it wasn’t, but I eventually found my balance!

He also mentioned that most of the injuries were wrist injuries from falling forward onto the ice and it wasn’t until I started skating that I thought, “Wait, how is a helmet going to protect my wrists?!”
Haha. Women skaters must be part of a mysterious force field, where up is down. Seems he should be handing out wrist braces! :)
